We are pleased to invite you to our next SEPAC meeting on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at 6:00 PM at North Brookfield Elementary School. This will be a warm and welcoming evening featuring a Spaghetti Supper and a meaningful conversation on “Managing Anxiety and Stress in School and at Home.”

Our goal is to support families by sharing practical strategies, building community connections, and strengthening the partnership between home and school. A guest presenter will share insights and tools to help families navigate stress and anxiety, and there will be time for discussion and questions.
